國家住宅及都市更新中心致力於興辦台灣社會住宅與推動都市更新，為城市進步發展注入關鍵的力量。所興辦之社會住宅，以「安居．好室」為品牌識別，打造高品質的國家級社會住宅，透過動畫宣傳，展現社會住宅的公共意義，也展現鄰里共築社區生活的美好願景。

The National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center (HURC) is the primary institution to promote urban regeneration and social housing construction in Taiwan, representing a key role for urban development in different cities. Named with “Decent Living; Quality Housing”, the social housing programs planned by HURC shows their ambition for pursuing high quality. This animation reveals the publicness of social housing and exemplifies a wonderful vision for the community life.

從「安居・好室」識別標誌出發，以「讓好柿成橘」為設計主軸，我們拆解社會住宅的內部，描繪居民懷抱著「家」的多元意義，從孩子的成長空間，到青壯年打拼的基地，再到社區住戶交流相伴的場所。社會住宅一室一戶裝載成家與生活的願望，我們用明亮生動的插畫風格、律動的鏡頭語言和音樂，將識別標誌造型翻玩成生活方式的特質，為社會住宅傳達期盼、溫暖的品牌形象。

With the logo for “Decent Living; Quality Housing ” as the point of departure, the design centers around “turn persimmon into tangerine” (homonymic with “turn good things into reality” in Chinese) to capture the various meanings of “home” for residents, from a living space for children to a base for youth’s career and a venue for community dwellers’ exchange. Each and every unit of social housing is loaded with wishes of home and life. In a bright, vivid illustration style, dynamic film language and music, we play with the form of the logo as traits of lifestyle, break free from the stereotypes of social housing, and communicate the brand image of hope and warmth for social housing.
